All prices are displayed in GBP (Great Britain Pound). You can select to display prices in Euro. Prices displayed in Euro are an indication only, based on the current exchange rate, your payment card will be billed in GBP.
All items sold are subject to availability.
You will generally not be able to purchase an item that is not available. Certain item, although available, are subject to manufacturing lead times transportation times. We will notify you as soon as possible within 72 hours of expected delivery times or if goods are subject to delay. Please advise us if this will not be satisfactory. Products availability are subject to change without notice.
We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained, cheques cleared into our bank. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery to us at the address below and e-mail us to tell us about your reasons for doing so. You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are delivered in new condition. Wheels can not be retuned once tyres have been fitted, or fitted to vehicles.

Sorry, but we can't refund the carriage costs for unwanted items. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights.
We can not accept returns of special order items unless faulty.
Return of faulty items
In the unlikely event of being sent a faulty item please email us and return it to the above address with a description of the fault. Where an item has been returned and is proved faulty within 14 days of purchase we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.
Refunds will be made within 30 days and in the same form as the original charge (cheque/cash/credit/debit card/PayPal).
We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please e-mail email@example.com for more info. Sorry, but we won't be able to refund your return postage cost for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
All our items are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents can sometimes happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please inform the courier if applicable and if you are accepting the item note on the courier’s manifest that the package was damaged and contact us immediately. Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address if required.
All mechanical parts sold by MOT Motorsport are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty from the date of dispatch for road use. This warranty is limited to the value of the part, and does not include fitting costs or failure of related components. In the event of a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation speedily
Part used in competition, motorsport, trackdays and the like are generally excluded from warranty, however; MOT Motorsport strives to provide excellent customer service and you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org in such instance to discus if a warranty claim is applicable. , .
All product descriptions are given in good faith. All fitting information is based on the assumption that the vehicle is currently in factory standard trim for a standard model i.e., not already modified and not factory special.
Delivery Methods and timings
We try and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday are usually dispatched within three working days.
Delivery usually takes about 2 working days in the UK. For overseas shipments we will advise. The delivery cost includes packaging
Generally, items weighing less than 2kg are sent by Royal Mail and items over 2kg are sent by courier.
Your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to a third party outside of MOT Motorsport.

These terms and conditions, your order and payment and the delivery of the goods and services you order, form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between you the customer and MOT Motorsport. Your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales are not affected by these terms and conditions.
